This Code of Good Agricultural Practice was development by the Malaysian Palm Oil Board with the object of providing guidelines in the production of good quality palm fruits. This Code of Good Agriculture Practice identifies the proper procedures in the processing, handling and storage of palm fruits, as well as the maintenance of the facilities and equipment to ensure that the products are in a safe hygienic environment.This Code of Good Agriculture Practise is based on the current Malaysian Standard for Good Agriculture Practice (GAP) – Part 2: Oil Palm (Elaeis Guineesis Jacq). This Code of Good Agriculture Practice taken into account some of the constraint encountered by the producer of the fruit bunches without compromising the quality, safety and suitability of the product, crude palm oil, for human consumption.

 

Amalan Pertanian Baik Kod ini dibangunkan oleh Lembaga Minyak Sawit Malaysia dengan objektif menyediakan garis panduan dalam pengeluaran buah sawit yang berkualiti. Amalan Pertanian Baik Kod ini mengenalpasti prosedur yang betul dalam pemprosesan, pengendalian dan penyimpanan buah kelapa sawit, serta penyelenggaraan kemudahan dan peralatan untuk memastikan produk berada dalam persekitaran yang bersih dan aman. Kod Amalan Pertanian Baik ini adalah berdasarkan kepada Standard Malaysia untuk Amalan Pertanian Baik (GAP) - Bahagian 2: Palm Oil (Elaeis Guineesis Jacq). Kod Amalan Pertanian Baik ini mengambil kira beberapa kekangan yang dihadapi oleh pengeluar buah tandan tanpa menjejaskan kualiti, keselamatan dan kesesuaian produk, minyak sawit mentah, untuk kegunaan manusia.
